Second of all, as a mother, I'd like to inform everyone here that NO BABY 2 MONTHS OLD IS EVER PUT ON A SWING!!!
Secondly, she'd have to be pushing REALLY hard to get her top to lift up to the point that you'd see her breasts...what mother is going to be pushing their 2-month old baby on a swing that hard? NONE.
That story is nothing but a cheap publicity stunt.
