This saga continues to drag out. The possibilities as I see them:

A. Trump agrees to the interview (eventually)
B. Trump agrees and pleads fifth/invokes exec priv
C. Trump refuses. Mueller does nothing.
D. Trump refuses. Mueller subpoenas him. Followed by A, B, E, or F
E. Trump fights subpoena. SCOTUS holds he must submit to the interview.
F. Trump fights subpoena. SCOTUS holds he doesn't have to honor it.

Well, Rudy gave his statistically generic opinion
https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/giul...ry?id=54923079
“I think it's 50/50,” Giuliani, the president's personal attorney, told ABC News regarding the possibility of a subpoena. “But I got to prepare for that 50 percent.”
