I hate this bug! It stops listening the keyboard basically. You need to restart to fix it.

I had this problem after adding an app to my powerbook which made the trackpad handle scrolling.
Can't remember the name of it right now but trashing it fixed the problem for me in Photoshop.
Nothing to see, move along.

Logging out and in usually fixes it for me.

Very widespread and pesky bug.

restart your computer, logging out doesn't fix it all the time.

Nope, it's still there

This bug is realllly annoying cuz I depend on keyboard heavily

Go to the Adobe forums and read all about it. Do a search here. Probably affects the majority (?) of people who work all day in Photoshop. A significant percentage, anyway.
