Errr... I just noticed the ".net".

It's probably not MS or Bungie.

Obviously not. I leave the games stuff to the little kiddies and the immature people who still hang posters on their walls and buy action figures and pose them on shelves in their rooms.

I'll just go back to my old habit of avoiding game threads that are in the wrong forum. We still have a games forums don't we?

Getting personal and condescending is certainly one way of covering up your own idiocy.

I mean, you obviously had the time and interest in the subject to post - not once, but twice.

You do make an excellent case study.

Actually, it was initially a dig at MS. And the fact that I found it commentarty worth that MS would allow such a thing on a web site they own. Then I noticed it was a .net URL and was skeptical about it's origin, and being as I normally don't read games thread I left it at that and didn't do any further digging.

I only came back into the thread after I saw you had posted and knowing you are notorious for making snide little remarks I thought it might be humourous to see what you had written about the MS connection.

I guesss I just couldn't contain myself after reading what SWF had written and the fact that he opened himself up to ridicule based upon his history of posting lies and attacking anything Christian. I was simply doint to him in kind.

Your snarky little comment drew me right back in here.

I notice not a single person has posted on topic other than my self. but hey, that's not unusualy from you guys.

You completely missed the mark, but consider your post(s) "on topic".

Rich.

And then you piss about how we have a game forum, even though the OP had absolutely naught to do with Bungie's game - only with a funny web page title.

C'mon, man, your derisive comments posted in complete ignorance that would've taken all of five seconds to completely clear up just opened yourself up wide.

You are now in a lose-lose situation, no matter what you do.

I suggest lockination.

You've got issues. Do you always read so much into so little? Looks like you do. You need to relax a little. You're in Germany, I suggest a nice wheat brew to lighten the load a little.

That is funny cuz you are the one here with the most posts in this thread and in all the time it took for you to reply and think out-loud you could have checked the link.

Don't stress yourself out like that though, it is making the dark circles around your eyes worse

Actually…

http://www.pbs.org/kcts/videogamerev...act/myths.html

While most American kids do play video games, the center of the video game market has shifted older as the first generation of gamers continues to play into adulthood. Already 62 percent of the console market and 66 percent of the PC market is age 18 or older. The game industry caters to adult tastes.

I doubt either one of us care about gamers either way. We are just pushing a few buttons in here of those that make a habit of "Broadbrushing" themselves.

Funny how certain people badmouth others for doing it, but think it's perfectly ok when they do.

Kevin - why do you try to defend Railroader when it was clearly an ignorant remark?

1. 50% of Americans play video games.

2. There are approximately 300,000,000 Americans, so 150,000,000 are gamers.

3. Of that 150,000,000, 62% are over the age of 18.

So 93,000,000 Americans are immature?

#1 Read my post above.

There is a difference between people that play video games, and gamers. My mom will get on her computer and play MsPacman from time to time. I will get on an play pinball on my computer once in awhile.
Gamers are a different "Breed"

Just like no one is surprised when you or SWF act like one either.

So is it ok for you two clowns to act that way, but no one else?

I am not surprised that Kevin is the only one to get it. The rest of you must be busy playing video games while looking at your posters and the action figures [DOLLS] on shelves in your bedrooms. Oh, I forgot the space ship models hanging from fishing line in your bedroom over your beds.

ambush, you love me, I know you do. Sorry, but I am neither gay or available. My wife of 8 years and I are very deeply in love and discussing whether or not to have a third (and final) child. Please, direct your affections elsewhere.

What's the census link there for?

And info from an organization promoting video game usage is VERY reliable. Nice try.

I liked this little bit from their site:
What about Women Gamers?

Forty-three percent of game players are women.
You actually believe that?!?!

Perhaps it's because it was a lame comment.

And you posting it twice didn't do anything but make it lamer.

Stuff like calling guys "fat" and telling them they have "circles under their eyes" might be a "burn" to women, and gay men, but not to heteros males.

Stick with what you know I guess.

You are all a bunch of whiny sissies.

Christ, it was a funny IMG (Bungie.net is the homepage for Halo 2 on Xbox Live) and then everyone takes a good chance to sling their own feces at eachother.

I'm dissapointed in Railroader the most. You de-railed the thread (pun intended) and then brought all your buddy de-railers in with you. Don't try and pawn it off on your boyfriend Dark Helmet, he is supposed to derail threads, you're supposed to be the sensible one.

I agree with lockination.

(Also one could say that arguing on a Mac forum is as immature a thing as any little kiddie could do)

My 81 year-old grandfather makes wooden figurines, paints them up, and displays them.

To each his own, seems like Railroader is as grumpy as me without my coffee in the morning.
