I recently reset my PRAM and now my MacPro boots into 10.5 at a screen resolution of 1024x768. Once it gets to a certain point it changes the resolution to the one selected in my Preferences which is 1280x1024x32@85.

My question is how do I change the resolution my Mac boots at to be 1280x1024x32@85? I've tried editing com.apple.Boot.plist but that dose nothing.

Thanks.

With an admin account, change the resolution to something else then back to what you want it. This will rewrite the setting to EFI and the windowserver plist in the root Library.

Worked perfectly. Thanks. Next time I'll ask a tougher question...
