To my knowledge Sarah Palin hasn't even formally endorsed Mitt Romney. So I imagine if she's even invited it won't be a prominent spot at all. If I were Romney my position would be ... "No endorsement? Then go kick rocks!" But that's just me ...

Sarah is motivated by one thing - money. If they pay her she will come.
I don't foresee the RNC being motivated enough to pay her. Her exploratory bid for the presidential nomination wasn't even convincing, or credible, really.
