A couple of days ago, I turned on filevault, not really knowing what the purpose was for, but I felt secure. Now, I really have no means for it. But now I notice that all my harddrive space is gone. I used to take up about 30 or so gigs of my 80, and now I only have 4 left. Does FILEVAULT make a backup copy of my HOME or anything like that? Would turning it off do anything? Thanks
