That is exactly the same kind of RAM that is in there, so yes, it will work.

had me worried for a second since I just bought some pc3200 ddr ram for my imac g5 (1.8ghz 20"). I didn't realize they switched to so-dimms
AT&T iPhone 5S and 6; 13" MBP; MDD G4.
