Since upgrading to Preview 2.0 as part of 10.2.x I'm getting a weird printing problem where some pages print twice and some are skipped altogether. The problem is consistent across all multi-page documents (i.e it never prints just one copy of every page as it supposed to).

I guess this must be a fairly rare problem, because I haven't seen anyone else jumping up and down about it. However, it's pretty annoying - mostly because Acrobat Reader is so slow at printing PDFs!

Has anyone seen anything similar? Or better yet have a fix?

I'm printing to an Epson Stylus 760 should that make any difference.

I've heard mention of this bug before, I believe only in the context of printing specific ranges of pages in multi-page documents.

I don't recall if there is a fix (use Acrobat?)

If you do a forum search, it should turn something up.
