I use a stylus, but not a screen protector. I have been thinking about it though I have a screen protector on my iphone, and ipod. The stylus is one that I got on ebay for 5.00 it came in a 3 pack. It is not all that it is chalked up to be, the only thing I like is that you do not have to clean your screen so often. It is not like writing with a pen as I thought, the tip is pretty fat, if you come across one that is like a pen let me know though.
Good luck

I haven't put my new iPod Touch into a case or used a screen protector and it's in good shape...had it for 5 months or so.
The old Palm styluses had a fairly sharp tip, may want to try one of those.

No screen protector here. I spent the whole time with my iPhone 3Gs without a screen cover, and I haven't gotten one for my new iPhone 4 either. A friend has consistently had a protector on his phones, first a 3G and then his 4-they look crappy after just a few days, and he has trouble with the screen properly picking up his inputs.
Both the iPhone 3Gs and 4 have an oleophobic coating on the glass to keep it clean and make cleaning easier, so I really don't have a need for any cover on them.

I don't think it's necessary to use one. But if you decide to, I've seen the Wrapsol product and it's good.

The Invisible Shield by Zagg is a great product. I decided to not put one on my iPhone 4, but I had one on my 3g.

Invisible Shield isn't *nearly* as good as it was three or four years ago, IMHO.
I've heard good things about iWrap.

They keep changing the liquid stuff used to apply the shield, but the plastic seems exactly the same. Are you referring to the actual fit?

no, durability of the foil itself.
It also seems thinner than it used to.

My wife uses the adhesive protectors that came with her Belkin case. She probably doesn't need to use them, but since they came with the case, she does. FWIW, they get easily smeared with make-up and stuff and scratch.
