Scanner won't work since I installed OS8.6. No problems with any other peripherals. UK support are no help - there's a new driver but no way of downloading it from the UK site. Don't want to uninstall if I can help it. Any ideas?
I have that same scanner. It has not given me any problems ever, even after i installed 8.6. You might want to try down loading the up date for from umax. If that doesn't work you may just have to reinstall the drivers.
