Could someone (maybe Apple itself) write a system extension to let me read the long filenames found on ISO9660 CD-ROMs written with Joliet format?

Currently, only the short version of the names are seen by the MacOS.

I need this because I'd like to write a second session to a CD which has been preciously written with the Joliet format. To add this second session, the names of the files from the previous session must be read to be rewritten, along with the names of the new files.

Thanks.
