I normally receive by email the updates posted on VersionTracker. But for some days now, I'm not informed anymore. I don't not receive mails anymore.

Well, since you can access the web, it's probably fair to say that your network connection or dialup connection is working just fine.

So, can you receive any other email, or is just the VT daily message missing? If only VT is missing, then either your email program or email server is filtering it out as spam, or VT somehow forgot your address. Try signing up again.

It's just about the VT emails.
I don' think Mail is filtering my emails.

Then it's not a Networking problem at all. Either it's an application problem, or a problem at Versiontracker.
