OK maybe not the right place but not sure where else to post this.

I just realized that when I have my USB mouse attached the trackpad is still active, is there a way to make the trackpad not active when mouse attached ?

thanks

Hmm, there used to be an option to do this, but I don't see it in Lion.

Apple may be thinking: who would use a mouse when you have a trackpad?

Good to know, I use both at the same time though, Launch pad and swiping through desktop spaces is so much better on the trackpad than on the Magic Mouse. This will also be the case in Mountain Lion when we're able to use that cool new way of moving between tabs. I find it baffling that they've added search to Launch Pad in Mountain Lion when Spotlight already does that for you… I find I use Spotlight for finding and launching apps - it's a faster way of getting to what you need… don't really see the point of Mission Control…?
