Hi all,
I've recently purchased Elgato's 120GB SSD Thunderbolt external hard drive.
However, I've come to learn from Larry Jordan that external SSDs struggle with video editing (Final Cut Pro X).
I've bought this drive via the online store & it's arrived. It's unopened. I now want to exchange this for the G-Tech 4TB G-RAID Thunderbolt external hard drive, at twice the original cost.
The Elgato's sold via their Online Store, but not in their retail store.
Can anyone tell me if they'll do the exchange in store or will I have to buy the new drive separately and return the Elgato to their online store?
Thanks to anyone who can help.
I've posted this here as I have the MacBook Pro & didn't know where else to post it.

I would expect you'd need to call the Apple Online Store to arrange a swap out.

I have plenty of more important things to do, if only I could bring myself to do them....

Ugh, pain. Alright thanks for your help.
I'll end up with a better hard drive I guess too.
