I have just a couple parts from an iMac G3. The first is the CRT monitor attached to the power board. I don't want to separate them, because I am afraid the CRT will kill me. The second is the internal microphone from the iMac.

It was a 600mhz snow imac.

The items are free for pickup or if you pay the shipping. The microphone shipping charge would be ~ 2$ and i'm not sure about the monitor, since i'll have to buy packing materials. Local pickup in Cincinnati is fine, and i'll be in Chicago in a couple weekends.

Yea, but the electronics on the CRT really will kill you.

I just want to bump this. The CRT / powerboard from the G3 iMac is still available. Free pickup in Cincinnati. I can ship and found packing materials, I imagine shipping will be ~ 25$.

How hard are these to swap? I might be interested if I could simply swap out the unit from my flower power imac with a dead power supply.
