Price Updated! New lower price!
I am selling my Pismo 500.

640MB Ram, 12GB, Perfect screen, extra battery, almost 2 years of AppleCare left on it.

For Pismo info, read about it at everymac.com.

Other than a few scratches on the top plastic, this unit runs perfectly.
I've been running OSX 10.1.2 and 9.2.1 for months. The hard disk is quiet and the screen is bright and NOT PINK! Comes with original cds (9.0.4 and hardware test). Everything works (the ports and DVD) except I have never used the modem so I don't know if it works (most likely does).

I am asking $1350 or best offer (plus shipping and insurance from the Detroit area). I think it's a good deal with the AppleCare (it's a warranty for (bleep)'s sake!). I'd accept money order or a paypal transfer (no credit cards unless you want to pay the 3% markup). I currently have an ebay rating of 9 (eriamjh1138), but I don't want to put this on ebay. Let it go to a good mac home.

Send email to [email protected] or reply here. I check frequently.

First come, first served.

Don't sell it. Its easily worth $1500... but no one will pay that price. Donate it to a school or something if you have to, but I'd keep it. I'd kill for one of those... :slobbering: .....
New sig coming soon. Yes, it will violate the sig guidelines :p

Donating it is out of the question since I would only get a tax deduction for 28% of its value.

I had an offer to trade the 500MHz G3 daughtercard for a 400MHz and some cash. This I will respectfully decline I don't need a slower machine to sell.

Selling it is the only answer since I need the cash to purchase a replacement. Keeping it is not in the books.

The $1500 is also a "Best Offer" deal. I don't want to put it on ebay, but I will if I have to. This is your chance to get a nice unit without the hassle.
