Moving IE Bookmarks from OS 9 to OSX

	I am helping a friend moving from an old machine running OS 9 to a new PB running 10.4. Is there any way I can transfer their IE bookmarks from OS 9 to OSX? Which files? Where located? Where do I move them to in OSX? Thanks!
