I am trying to dump memory but not getting anywhere. I have found the following code but it says that there is no such file or directory: sudo grep death /dev/mem Basicly I'm trying to write the content of my physical memory to a file or at least view it

I am running 10.4.5 on a Intel Mac.

Try sudo /bin/bash then execute your grep.
