	I'm trying to run VNC Server on my Performa 5300 running OS 8.6. It installed fine. When trying to configure the server using the control panel it gives me a warning that no Preferences file exists so it will create a new one. However when i try to change anything it says the preferences file is locked. I've look in /System Folder/Preferences but there is no file. Anyone got any suggestions?
