Hello,

I have some problem on the new MacBook I got for Christmas. (Not a MacBook Pro)

I checked at a store and they say it's okay. There are some problems in InDesign and iMovie. In InDesign, I have to switch from CPU-Preiew to GPU-Preview (or the other way around). The graphics are really flawed.

Is there a software fix? (Latest InDesign and macOS)

Greetings,
PeterParker

Your MacBook's graphics card doesn't have its own memory. It shares system RAM, so you can have some issues with rendering, slowness, and so on.

Add to that the fact that InDesign requires a MINIMUM of 2GB of ram, and Adobe recommends 8 GB. I think your problem is that your MacBook is barely capable of running this app at all.
