My external fell off the desk, when I started it back up all I get is a weird clicking noise. It's probably damaged. Does anyone know of a resonable data recovery company that won't cost my kids college fund to retrive the data?

If it's clicking, it's mechanically broken and only a true data recovery company can recover it, and it will cost several thousand dollars. Sorry!
