I need to take my mac book pro to the apple store to get fixed (Possible video card/motherboard issue) It came with 2 and I upgraded to 4, Should I put the original ram sticks? For warranty issues.

Nope, you can keep it as is. RAM is a user replaceable part and won't affect your warranty.

Agreed, they didn't complain with my upgraded HDD either.

It's a user-replaceable part so no problem there.

However, since it's third-party RAM you might still want to put the stock RAM back. You want them to actually fix your Mac. Not to put blame on your third-party memory so they can return your Mac quickly. A friend of mine actually experienced the latter. And I remember also reading about a similar incident on this board.
