Bump. I had to turn down the deal to buy a LCD tv instead. Toma was more than willing to work with me. So, bump for a great computer at a great price...I wont tell you what he agreed to sell it to me for...thats up to someone else to make their own deal.

Bad seller. Worked out a deal, sent money via Paypal. Two weeks and multiple e-mails with no answer and no Powerbook to show for it.

He sent me a fake tracking number. I should have filed the Paypal claim that day but waited 2 days to see if he was honest.

Worst part is we spoke on the phone before the sale.

Live and learn, just don't buy from "toma" or "[email protected]" or "George Toma" (he's in Canada).

wow, that sucks. I know exactly how you feel, i got ripped on these boards last year on a G5 for about 750.00 same situation. Hell it might be the same person. was he paypal verified?
