Has anyone had any experience with buying replacement parts for their iPhone 4?

I need to replace the back glass cover on my iPhone 4.
Has anyone ordered a replacement back glass cover from an online retailer?
I would appreciate any tips on who to use and who to avoid.

Thanks,
Bob Y.

Don't think that these companies are manufacturing the parts themselves. I'm sure they're all selling the same part. Go with the best price, considering tax and shipping.

All is well.
I recieved the replacement back glass in 3 days.
I had to purchase a small philips screw driver, but the replacement process was easy and looks good as new.
All the information printed on the back of the replacement screen matched the original part.

Thanks for the advice.

Bob:
I need a new back for my phone as well. From whom did you purchase it and how much did you pay? Did it have the camera lens and flash diffuser or did you have to use the ones from your original back? If the latter, how difficult was it to remove and reinstall those two parts?

I can find OEM backs complete with lens and diffuser at a few different sites but they cost around $100 which is more than I want to spend for what is really just a cosmetic repair.

Thanks for your help.

Lou

Bob, how did your back glass get damaged? I've been reading about slide-on covers scratching the back glass, which leads to fractures. Since I really like the iFrogz cover I have on my 3Gs, I'm quite interested in finding out just how prevalent this "slide ons cause breakage" problem really is.

I'd like to know who it was purchased from too. My good friend dropped his the first week of owning it and cracked the rear glass, so I've been trying to keep an eye out for him.
