Preventing looping and .gif animation in Netscape 6.2

	I have heard that it is possible to do this, as one can do it in IE 5.0. I like Netscape 6.2, but the flashing, jumping banners, and, in some cases, truly insane animation. makes this app. very irritating me...extremely distracting. How can the looping and .gif animation be turned off? Is it possible
