Not the best answer, but 11.3 is coming soon.

Any plug-ins/ad-blockers/content suppressors installed?
I had terrible instability on iOS Safari for a while, until I deactivated one of my adblockers. All problems instantly went away.
I'm now using Adguard Pro, and everything is fine and stable. Facebook's mobile website still sucks complete donkey balls, but no. ****ing. Way. am I ever reinstalling the goddamn app.

I own an iPhone 7 previously which was on iOS 10. Today it happened to update by itself to iOS 11.3 but now multiple apps - that include Instagram, Spotify - load only a blank white screen on startup and crashes itself after few seconds. Any idea how do I get the apps running normally again? Thanks for the help in advance.

Your post is not really related to the topic, bikas. Would you like me to split it to a new topic and get more attention?
Have you tried force restart?

Have you updated all apps to their latest versions?
