A group of amateur photo-astronomers decided to challenge each other to capture a record-length exposure of objects in space. The result is a 1,060-hour exposure of The Large Magellanic Cloud.

For those who read French, the imaging specs are at the bottom of the page.
The full-size image is 14,400 x 14,200px.
