Here's mine
Left to right...
UK Freeview TV with SKY on AV input, 3" CCTV monitor, HD Freeview PVR, USB fly lead, new iMac ( 10 days old ) , 2 x 2gb odd/even days docs backup USB flash drives, Audio Y splitter loop for QT screen recording movies, 500gb Time Machine, Wireless mouse, mouse mat double sided taped to desk, ....... USB keyboard, I just didn't get on with the wireless keyboard.
Behind curtains, view across countryside.
Up until a few hours ago, both my iMacs were on the desk, trying to establish a network link, to sync up folders, Wireless and Bluetooth worked best / easiest.
Problems with authorisation, ended up using DVD-RW for transfer.
Older iMac now sits in a cupboard as backup.

It's a stand-alone system.
CCTV cameras, cabled to a 4 input CCTV motion detecting HDD recorder, ( wireless ones interfere with my Bluetooth / Wifi ) with two video outputs, one to the 3" monitor, the other to a 15" TV (AV input) adjacent to the recorder, just by my side.
Quad split available, but hardly used.
Basically so I can keep on eye on the front, my study is in the rear of my house.
Especially for Apple deliveries !!
