http://homepage.mac.com/max_08/index.htm

Go to SmoothStripes or Milk in the Themes section, at the bottom of the page there is a thing called Cyber Thief's Internet Explorer modification, apply that.

It'll be much easier if you just comply.

You know, I keep trying it but it doesn't seem to work...I don't have a copy of metamorph, and it doesn't seem to work with duality. Where can I get metamorph?

"why would you be using IE anyway?"

If you live in a universe where you never need IE, for any reason, ever...well, let me know how I can move there. In my world I can't afford to throw it away, even if I only use it once every 3 months.

I tried it again, w/metamorph, and it now works. Thanks for the assistance.

If you do any type of web development... IE is essential.

Why? I can see why IE (Win) would be, but IE (Mac)? Are these Mac-only sites?

You don't need MetaMorph. I just dropped the files inside the package inside the Explorer package in the right places and it works fine. There's only 3 that you need to replace. Now I can forget about Exploder for a year until the next 'Update'.

I love the U.S., but we need some time apart.

In case you hadn't heard, IE has officially been declared dead for the Mac plaform. May it rest in peace; I, for one, will miss it

That and the more than plentiful amount of sites that are only functional with IE. I'm not much of a web developer so I don't know what exactly it is about the pages, but I constantly find them.

Microsoft choosing not to continue development is a big, big deal.

How can you miss that pile of trash? While I was addicted to it safari has cured me.

FYI, the unlined IE theme now comes as an Installer .pkg file, updated for IE 5.2.3.
