Is there a way to get rid of the Merge/Replace Info dialog when syncing two computers?

I thought it only did this the first time you synced?

When I have one computer syncing something (and no items overlap, like only my PC calendar is set to sync, but not my Mac's calendar), and then sync the next time, the dialog shows up.
