Does anyone know of a program for OSX that will render everything black and white? I know that holding command-alt-ctrl-8 does something similar, but it seems to only invert the colors when playing a game (splotches of color still appear). I'm looking for something that completely blots out all color, no matter what program is running. Any tips?

Do you mean black and white strictly, or greyscale?

Greyscale would be fine. And preferable, actually. Sorry, I should have specified that.

System Preferences>Universal Access>big "Set Display to Grayscale" button

That will make everything grayscale, except for games that capture the display when running fullscreen.

Be warned that this slows everything down.
