People use to say "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery", but my modest opinion is that copycat totally sucks. Sony ?, I'm going to memorize your name and throw my head away.

In what way is the PlayStation Portable ripping off the iPod?!
White headphones? Please. Sony have had white Fontopia earphones for ages, and the in-ear variety are meant to be better than the standard iPod ones for sound quality.
I was going to order a pair to replace my chewed up iPod ones (earphone cords with bits of white electrical tape holding them together is not a good look!) but I'm getting a new iPod instead. Whoever buys this one secondhand can work out what they want to replace them with.

Apple has not invented the wheel but for sure Apple has done a great work associating white headphones as an comercial image of the iPod, that was what I want to mean.
What are you going to think every time you see a guy/girl with a couple of headphones?, an iPod maybe?

angelmb has a good point. I am sure that PSP is going to sell millions. In no time, white earpiece will no longer be associated with the iPod exclusively.
When that day comes, I will not be giving a person thumbs-up when I see a white earpiece.
Oh wait, I will be still giving them a smile no matter it is an iPod or a PSP.
