What Rev? Compatible with my Rev C 12" Powerbook? Also.. are they Apple, or a previous upgrade you did.

They are from the latest 15" powerbook, purchased this summer.
They are Apple RAM. I took them out right after I got the powerbook.
I will ship to Canada and will list as gift. (I have done this before)
