I got:

Economic Left/Right: -2.00
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -4.26

mild leftist liberal - I'm for relative freedom of commerce and corps, low tax and education and trust in human beings. And for people not being dictated how to think as well, so anti right wing religious folks and anti left wing PC fascists.

Interesting. My results somewhat surprised me.

Economic Left/Right: +1.50
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: +0.41

My friends consider me strongly right and authoritarian. My wife is taking it now.

I guess that makes me a left leaning Authoritarian - at least by that test. I'm sure its not all that scientific but I think its kind of close to where I stand.

The second test labeled me a Disaffected, though I disagree with most of the things it said Disaffecteds believe. Strange, since I just told it my position on those issues…

I don't remember the results the last time I took it, but I'm a mild leftist liberal and libertarian (halfway between the point of origin and the edge of both axes and smack in the middle of the quadrant).

So if 3 out of seven people on this thread so far are enterpriser's and only 9% of the population are meant to be enterprisers does that mean mac users or at least macnn users are more likely to be enterprisers than other people.

lol - looks like I'm about as left wing as it gets according to that test......

Economic Left/Right: -8.88
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -6.41

In the second test, I was a 'Liberal' though I should say that its pretty America-centric and actually not nearly as detailed as the first test, imo (but i took it anyway lol)

We seem to go often through this every few months. I see that it still has no 'Neutral' option on any of the questions, and I still consider this to be a problem. Anyway, my results:

Economic Left/Right: 3.25
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -1.33

If I remember my previous results correctly, then it seems I'm drifting rightward on economic issues but leftward on social issues. I find this interesting, because although this is where I found myself wanting to go, I felt as though I was actually going in the opposite directions. Either I've been mistaken in my perceptions or the test is bunk, and to be honest I suspect that there's a little bit of both going on.

I don't agree with the description of Dissaffected, but I'm good with the first one. I keep up with politics and current events compulsively, but I am also deeply cynical.

Nothing unexpected. 100% anarchist, and still alive.

Second Test: Liberal

I find it fascinating that the "state", which only decades ago used to be the archenemy of the left, has now become it's "refuge" and liberator from the tyrranical clutches of econocentric rule. I can't even think about any clear shift of power in the recent history of mankind. This is tantamount to the "power drain" the church and religion experienced after the rennaisance and especially the enlightenment.

It will be interesting to see where this all goes.

Of course most mac users are liberal. Macs are exponentially more costly than their PC counterparts and we all know who really has all the loot around here. The VW microbus with the dancing bear bumper stickers is only used on the weekends while the Volvo sits in the garage.

Economic Left/Right: 0.25
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -1.03

Oh, and per the secondary questionnaire, I'm an Enterpriser. Somehow I think our generation (30 somethings) is more enterprising than their statistic would suggest.
