I have been noticing a lot of posts mentioning inexpensive RAM modules for beige machines. So if some people dont mind sharing where are you guys picking up these things for the 70/85/9500 Powermacs?

Here's where I ordered 4 - 128MB EDO stix for my 8500.
FedEx preship info says they'll be here tomorrow.
110 bucks for a half-gig is almost as cheap as RAM for my G4 duallie.

I bought mine from Macsolutions. Wherever you go, make sure there's a lifetime warranty on it.

Just an update -

My old, "obsolete" 8500 is screaming now:

G3 OEM ZIF 400 @ 454/227 MHz
704 MB 60ns EDO RAM, interleaved ( very happy )
2GB, 9GB 7200 rpm SCSI internal HD's
Internal SCSI Zip (hacked out floppy)
4MB VRAM/ 8MB UltRez 3D, dual monitors
2 port PCI USB card
3 port FireWire card
25 GB ATA100 in external FireWire box
USB-Optical 2 button/scrollwheel mouse/ADB keyboard
lotsa extra fans
