OK, there are two printers listed in the Print Center. I can select them, but when they are selected the delete toolbar item isn't clickable (greyed out). And no I can't delete them from the menu either. So, I was wondering where the file is stored that has the printer info in it? I tried deleted the prefs in my home directory, but that didn't help. Anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get rid of these printers? Oh yeah, the reason I want to get rid of them is because they are stuck on "printing" but nothing ever prints!

TIA

Try the Library-->Printers folder at the root level of your HD. This is where all drivers are located. You could look around in there for the particular printers that keep showing up and either delete them or move them, etc.
