I've also never heard the NRA referred to as a civil rights organization. They are wrapping themselves in this word for protection like double-speak.

So, a Trump admin official cracked a joke about McCain dying. He's neither apologized publicly nor has he been fired/resigned.

Mercedes Schlapp, who left the WHCD 'early' because of its coarseness hasn't condemned it.

**** you all

Apparently their only action has been to lecture staff about leaks.

Here's a shocker, if you don't want hateful comments leaked, don't make hateful comments?

I’ve always thought it was one, and was curious why they didn’t position themselves as such.

I’ve also felt it odd they’re not better pals with the ACLU.

Yes, Ollie North equated the “plight” of the NRA with the treatment of blacks in the Jim Crow south.
Civil terrorism is a great buzz phrase. Great for showing how utterly insane you are.

They should have accused the restaurant of donating to civil terrorists.

Why would you say this before you know the outcome? Because a murder is better than a democrat, I guess. Even a red state one, like Manchin.

West Virginia voter who says he lost three cousins in mine disaster tied to Don Blankenship tells @TomLlamasABC he's voting for the coal baron anyway.

"I want an honest crook, and that's Blankenship."
Jesus, how do you help people who think like this?

Note that Trump's name is larger than any other text on the thing. Because, of course.

I'm really perplexed and angered that five democrats will vote for Haspel for CIA. She was involved in the Bush era torture program and the coverup. This strikes me as an easy moral red-line not to cross. Re-election in a red state or not.
