Never seen this before, suddenly today no files or folders copies or moves to my icloud drive. It wont accept anything. Been trying to figure it out and stumped.

Apple's status page says all services are online. If you still can't upload, perhaps you've reached your quota.

Thanks, no I have 13 GB left, so it's puzzling.

Tested right now, baffling, cannot drag anything into icloud drive, never seen this before.

Can you drag individual files (not folders)?

iCloud will, AFAIK, infuriatingly only allow a single layer of folders and no nested folders within those.

Before I could drag anything bar none, including nested folders - anything.
Now: nothing now files nothing... baffled.

On a related question: with iCloud turned on, my iMac automatically copies my desktop, documents and Photos to iCloud. Apple Music also uploads all my music to the cloud. What exactly is Time Maching doing other than backing up my apps? I had to exclude anything iCloud related for the first backup to complete. I still have them excluded.
