Would the difference between a cl2 and cl3 be a huge difference?

also, how about the difference between 7.5ns & 7ns? is 7ns the fastest?

This question has been asked a lot, so you could probably find some info if you just searched for it. This website has a lot of info regarding the various types of RAM.

BTW the ns is the number of nanoseconds in between each clock cycle of the RAM. So that is determined by your bus, you don't get to choose.
