How 2 Change the Apple Icon Color???

Probably a stupid ? but can anyone enlighten me on how to or if I can change the color oc the apple icon that appears in the upper left hand corner of the menubar??? Do I have to manipulate the .rsrc or what??? Thanks  Peace out . . .
