Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a stand-out dual-bay RAID 1 enclosure that I can buy in the UK? I'll be connecting via USB 3.

I've had good luck with WD MyBook. Their MyBook Duo line has RAID 1 and works with USB 3.0. Though if I bought anything today, I'd look at a NAS with an optional USB port.
The new Mac Pro has up to 30 MB of cache inside the processor itself. That's more than the HD in my first Mac. Somehow I'm still running out of space.

That's good info, I hadn't thought of a NAS with USB (so many dual-bay NAS enclosures out there). Time for more research.

I forgot to mention that I'm looking for an empty enclosure, as I've found that buying drives plus enclosure separately is cheaper than an already built version. Also, this way I can control which drives I use.
