Are both RAM slots accessible on the Intel iMac?

I'm planning to buy the intel iMac but not sure if i should get the 1x512mb ram. If I do this will I be able to take out the original 512mb RAM to replace?

Yes, the iMac has two RAM slots, both of which are user accessable from the underside of the iMac (just below the Apple logo). It has been reported that this iMac is one of the, if not the easiest ever Mac to replace memory in:

Yes, you just unscrew two screws on the bottom and stick in the RAM.
