I have too many iPods, I admit. I have a 30 gig 5th gen, a 2nd gen Shuffle, a 1 gig 1st gen Nano and a 2nd gen Red Nano. I would love to be able to have some sort of docking shelf where they could all be lined up, maybe with other USB peripherals. Anyone seen anything like that, or do I need to learn carpentry?
And before anyone suggests getting rid of some iPods, no. I love them all.
Thanks.

So without much luck in finding what I wanted, I went out and made my own. The shelf cost $20 at Target. I added some rubber feet to the bottom to keep it from skidding, and some rubber shelf liner to the top to keep the iPods still. The empty space now holds my camera. On the left is my Belkin hub and the right, my cable modem.
All in all, a good way to get all my iPods lined up and cables handled.

Hmm..interesting solution. The question that's burning in my mind, however, is why one would need 4 ipods.

Michael? Is that you? Don't you need to be getting ready for a wedding?
And "need" is in fact the operative word.
