Here's what I have - PowerBook 12" Rev. B Aluminum with the following specs:
1GHz PowerPC G4 Processor
1.25GB PC2100 RAM
60GB 7200 RPM HDD by IBM/Hitachi
Extra PowerBook battery
SuperDrive
AirPort Extreme Card
Apple BT Keyboard & Mouse
LaCie Porsche Design 40GB FW400 HDD
Original DVD restore, cables, manual and box.

My powerbook is flawless with no dead pixels or blemishes. I babied this laptop and upgraded it to really perform. I would be only be interested in a trade for a PB 15" Aluminum with at least 1GHz G4 and Superdrive. If you're interested, please PM me or email me directly at milien(at)pop(dot)net. At this time however, I am not interested in selling the accessories, i.e. keyboard/mouse/hdd.

Thanks for looking.

I have a 17" PowerBook and want something smaller. The 12" would work for me, but I wouldn't want a straight trade. Would you be willing to trade your 12" and throw in some cash for my 17"?

17" PowerBook G4
1 GHz
1 GB RAM
60 GB HD
SuperDrive
etc. etc. etc.

Thought I'd throw it out there.

PM me if you're interested.

JP

Thanks for the offer but went from a 17" to a 12". At this time, I am only considering 15er.

no, I have roughly the same machine and I know it's worth a lot more than $900, especially with the upgrades

Is there any warranty left on the PowerBook? And is $1350 a price you'd sell it for? I was planning on buying an iBook, but I could definitely see spending more to get a PowerBook like this.

The PowerBook is past the one-year mark, so there is no warranty left. I didn't opt for Applecare because I have a separate policy through my insurance which covers more than Applecare. Plus I could upgrade the HDD to a 7200 RPM without having to worry about voiding the Applecare warranty if I had opted for it. As for you offer, let me think about it and I will get back to you via PM.

Thanks.
