Anybody here have any info on this? As I only have Os 9.1, the classic environment is unstable to say the least but living abroad makes me RealPlayer dependant

I'm no insider, but I've heard and read that RealOne for OS X will be available no earlier than Q4. That means we'll all have to suffer til' the end of the year for some form of the RealPlayer for OS X. Let's hope that's not the actual case. I'm getting fed up with all the broken links that could have been great streaming media! I think Apple's new Quicktime 6.0 is supposed to be able to do the same thing, but when will that ever appear? Is MS Media Player our only option?

Very bad news indeed. Lack of native X Real Player is the ONLY reason I've been holding out on upgrading my mother's new iBook to X.
I keep waiting for some word on when this will be available. I hope it's worth the wait.
