I'm getting this on both my MB Pro and iMac.
I need some help. i can't figure this out ....it wants to delete all my bookmarks!!

Reset your sync info on MobileMe with the info from your Mac.

As above reset the Sync History in preferences of iSync!

Sooner or later mobile me does this with everyone. Just reset your sync history. If you are lucky this will fix things., however that's not guaranteed.
At least half my customers are now using google calendars/contacts/other solutions to mobile me. If you're going to charge people for a service that isn't conspicuously better than others available elsewhere the least you can do is ensure it's reliable. Or indeed works at all sometimes.
