I just saw a Nortel Networks ad where they say, "Dave knows e-business," and he keeps appearing everywhere. He comes riding by on a conveyor belt, shows up in video conferences, even on somebody's wristwatch. At the end he's sitting on a bench with one other person. It's raining and both are under an umbrella. One guy has a notebook computer on his lap and it looks like an Apple logo on the case top. The computer looks thin and maybe made of brushed aluminum. Could this be the next new thing: Mercury? Doesn't seem likely that Apple would drop a hint like that unless they were partnering with Nortel for something.
