Hello. All of the iPhoto transitions for slideshows are gone for some strange reason? I use to have all of them, now I have none. It basically has nothing in the drop down select box. It just switches from picture to picture without any effect.
Could it be that I deleted all the languages of iPhoto? in the get info i deleted all languages except English to make the app run faster.
Can someone tell me how to fix this problem, or if they have the same problem. Thanks.
I am using the newest iPhoto and running panther on a powerbook 1Gz 15 inch everything is up to date.

Hi.
I'm having this problem too, though i don't know why. I'm on an older powerbook, and i thought that might be it, but you're on a newer model. I have all the languages, so that's definitely not it. I can also confirm that i USED to have all the transition options, and they've only been gone POST 4.0.1, so i don't know what to say, but i'm pretty unhappy about it. Any solution/hint/idea welcome. I've tried re-installing, but since i'm unsure of how to get my photos out of the iPhoto database, i can't really delete everything, only the actual application, and that doesn't do it.
Help?

Thanks a ton Mr Scruff, that did the trick. I'm going to back off for a second though and say that there's some wack stuff going on to make such tactics necessary.
I love my transitions.

Yeah I do think it's odd that Apple released an updater that broke in some way every version of iPhoto I've come into contact with, yet hasn't acknowledged it at all...
