5) Any software included with a machine must come with the install discs and license keys. If you aren't providing the legal copies, don't list the software.
Is this abiding by rule number 5?

Read prodigiousfool's quote for rule #5™. Price seems a bit high for this by the way, although it would be a good deal if you can include software discs and licenses.
